A name or case number entered into a site search tool is sent to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies any results. We do not keep or log the search terms on our own systems.

This site does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of court dockets or personal case records. It provides general guidance on where Auglaize County records are held and how to approach the clerk, court division, or appropriate CourtView eServices route. Auglaize County has no statewide county-trial-docket index that replaces its local portals. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party records.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes on this site. Information entered into those tools is subject to the partner's privacy policy, not this policy. Each partner determines its own retention and sharing practices, which we do not control. Review the applicable policy before submitting a query.

Court records are more directly governed by Ohio Rules of Superintendence 44 through 47, which address access and restrictions. Those court-record rules do not replace the choices described below.
